The Welcome Pledge

We [Company name] pledge to provide equitable opportunities for refugees and migrants, ensuring access to fair employment, support, and resources to foster their success and integration.

What is the Welcome Pledge?

The Welcome Pledge is a pioneering initiative launched by ACH, urging employers, training providers, and businesses to help refugees and migrants access economic opportunities. Co-produced with businesses across the South West, members of the migrant and refugee community and aligned with the region’s Good Employment Charter and the Living Wage Foundation, the pledge aims to ensure refugees and migrants are not just welcomed, but empowered to thrive in the workforce. It sends a powerful message that these individuals bring valuable skills and potential, not deficits, and that tailored support, fair opportunities, and inclusive workplaces are key to unlocking their contributions. The pledge represents a step toward stronger communities and a smarter, more equitable economy.
